Pair Side hung easy clean egress friction hinge - A concealed hinge which also acts as a stay holding the window open at any position. 13mm stack height. Available in various lengths (requires screws). The Easy clean option has the additional feature of being able to slide the opened casement away from the frame to enable the outside of the window to be cleaned safely away from the inside of the building. With no buttons or catches the patented design requires simple one handed operation to release the hinge mechanism to its easy clean position. Complies with Building Regs and BS 5588 Part 1 1990.
