Meet the Team: Mark
Mark Wells Quest. Mark checks all the orders that have been picked from the warehouse against the order sheet, he also checks the delivery method which could be the local van routes across a team of drivers or for further afield we use various courier services.
Once an order has been checked Mark packs the order in boxes, using packing and tape to make sure each delivery is safe and secure on route, Mark also packs the long length of track for sliding door systems, these can be up to 6m so they need special cardboard track protectors.
Mark also organises the blades that come in each week for the blade sharpening service, once sharpened Mark sends the blades back to the customers and packs these appropriately.
Mark is also trained to work in the other areas in the warehouse, so he helps out when things get really busy, he also covers holidays, this would be in goods in, picking orders from the warehouse or driving the forklift to bring goods in or loading for dispatch.
