Meet the Team: Steve Area Sales Manager

Steve Hanson is an Area Sales Manager for Quest, he visits customers within a 50-mile radius of Quest in Gawcott, Buckingham.

Steve supports customers, offering any technical advice needed around the Quest range of consumables and hardware.

“Steve Hanson, commented “I really enjoy being on the road and meeting customers, getting out to customers means I can demonstrate new products, answer any technical questions and keep people up to date with our best offers”.

Some customers have a 1Stop™ from Quest, this involves a lockable cupboard that stores a range of woodworking consumables and door hardware that they use on a regular bases. Steve visits each business and records a stock take and then agrees with the customer the items that need to be replaced.

Steve added “I get to know each customers business and tailor my support to each one, I visit and customers call me on my mobile with questions about our products”

Quest has over 10,000 products and Steve works with them every day, always on hand to point to advise on ranges.

Steve visits joinery workshops, bespoke kitchen manufacturers, schools and colleges.
