Meet The Team: Tosin
Tosin is a member of the customer service team at Quest. We have a team ready to take orders and answer technical and delivery questions from Monday to Friday.
The team are providing advice about over 8,000 products from the Quest catalogue and other ranges including Tommafold bifold door systems, Multirail overhead runway systems, and products from Runners Sliding Door systems.
Tosin commented, “I’ve been with Quest for almost 2 years so I’ve built up knowledge around the product range and our customers through experience and internal training, we also share information within the team so we can provide our customers with the best advice”.
Tosin added “I like how our new phone system lets us see who the callers is for regular customers before we pick up the call, this allows us to look up their account quickly and focus on what the customer needs during the call, rather than finding their details. I’m also really looking forward to seeing the new Quest catalogue, it will be a great sales tool for us and a fantastic reference guide for our customers”.
Typical Day for Tosin
8am -5pm
Tosin is an all-rounder working on everything from sales advice, returns, account queries, logistics and admin tasks.
Tosin added “I enjoy my role immensely because it gives me a chance to learn about various aspects of the business and provides me with a holistic view of how we process our customers’ orders. I manage my time around all my tasks, whilst always providing our customers with an A1 level of service and attention, this is very important to me.”
