One of our popular ranges at this time of year is Repair Care for traditional joinery repairs. Repair Care is especially useful for repairing wooden windows.

Joinery companies use Repair Care to repair wooden windows that have rotten wood. In some cases listed buildings won’t allow the window to be replaced so Repair Care allows the original windows to remain in place and keep in good condition.

The Repair Care system should only be used in dry weather, so as summer approaches it’s a great time to plan window repair work.

When using Repair Care on windows there is a best practice working method which includes preparation, applying a Dry Fix which acts a primer, then mixing and applying Easy Q and Dry Flex 1,3,4 or 16, finishing, allowing to dry and then over painting.
