Knapp Metal is a concealed, self-tightening timber connector made from zinc die-cast and is fixed into the groove with pan-head screws. Due to the self-tightening nature of the Knapp Sunny it does not require clamping during assembly.
Suitable Materials: All wood and board materials
Fitting: Screw in with PH screws (not included)
Installation of the Knapp Metal: Cut a slot with a biscuit jointer and fine-tune the depth of the groove to 12.5mm (dimension T). Insert connector part and counterpart together into the milled groove.
